Terms and conditions for 360 Photo Video Booth Rental Services

Welcome to 360Fun Booth LLC! We’re excited to provide unforgettable experiences with our 360 Photo Video Booth rentals. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: A completed booking form and a non-refundable deposit (amount specified in the deposit agreement) are required to secure your event date. The remaining balance will be due (number) days before the event.
  • Payment Methods: We accept Cash, CashApp, Zelle, Debit and most Credit Card in the United States of America.
  • Confirmation: You will receive two emails shortly: one with all the details of your booking in PDF format and your signature. Then, another email receipt upon successful payment  whether you’re making a deposit, or you’re paying in full for the 360 photo video booth services of your choice below.

2. Service and Booth Operation

  • Rental Period: The rental period is for the number of hours, and is starting from the time of your choice. Additional hours may be available upon request and subject to additional fees.
  • Set Up and Breakdown: We will arrive 30 minutes to 1 hour before your event starts to set up the booth and will break down the equipment after the rental period ends.
  • Operation: A trained technician will be present throughout the event to operate the booth and assist guests.
  • Space Requirements: You are responsible for providing a clear space of 10×10 feet or more with a standard three-prong outlet for the booth operation. If the event is outdoors, please ensure there is a level surface and a covered area in case of inclement weather.

3. Media and Delivery

  • 360 Videos: Guests will be able to participate in creating fun and engaging 360 videos within the booth.
  • Sharing: We will provide a digital download link for all captured 360 videos in less then a minute.
  • Branding: We can customize the video sharing platform with your event branding (additional fees may apply).

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 2 days before the event will forfeit the entire payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Safety: You are responsible for the safety and supervision of all guests using the booth.
  • Damages: You are liable for any damages caused to the booth equipment by guests during the event.
  • Compliance: You agree to comply with all safety regulations and venue rules related to booth operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for any technical malfunctions or internet connectivity issues that may prevent the capture or sharing of 360 videos. In such cases, we will do our best to resolve the issue or offer an alternative service (e.g., selfie booth).
  • We are not liable for any personal injuries sustained while using the booth.

7. Additional Terms

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who behaves inappropriately or disrupts the smooth operation of the event.
  • We may use photos or videos captured during the event for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

8. Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and 360Fun Booth LLC regarding the 360 Photo Video Booth rental service.
