Refund Policy for our 360 Photo Video Booth Rental Services

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, so we have established a clear refund policy for our 360 Photo Video Booth rental services.

  • Deposits: The deposit amount of (amount) is non-refundable. This deposit secures your event date and helps us prepare the necessary equipment and staffing.
  • Cancellations:
    • Cancellations made 3 days or more before your event will receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.
    • Cancellations made less than 2 days before your event will result in a forfeiture of the entire payment.

Exceptions:

  • In the rare case that we must cancel your event due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, technician illness), we will issue a full refund, including the deposit.
  • We may offer a full or partial refund at our discretion if the event is cancelled due to acts of God or other events outside of our control (e.g., severe weather, venue closure).

Rescheduling:

  • If you need to reschedule your event date, we will try our best to accommodate your request subject to availability.
  • A reschedule fee of 100$ may apply if the new date requires us to adjust staffing or incur additional costs.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to thierry@360funboothjax.com or by our contact us page
  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your cancellation request if accepted.
