Deposit Agreement

Here at 360Fun Booth Jax, we want to make sure your event is filled with unforgettable 360 video experiences! To secure your event date and ensure our booth is ready to go, we require a deposit. This deposit agreement outlines the details.

What’s Included?

By placing a deposit, you’re reserving our 360 video booth rental service for your event. The specific details like date, location, duration, and start time will be confirmed during your booking process.

1. Services

360Fun Booth LLC agrees to provide Client with 360 Video Booth rental services for the event (“Event”) to be held on the date, at the location, for a duration in hours, starting at the time you provide during your booking.

3. Payment Options

Client agrees to pay the remaining balance of the rental fee using one of the following methods:

  • Pay in Full: Client can choose to pay the full rental fee, including the Deposit, at the time of booking.
  • Balance Due Date: If not paying in full, the remaining balance (total rental fee minus Deposit) is due before the Event start (“Balance Due Date”).

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash upon arrival at the venue
  • Cash App
  • Zelle
  • Credit Card
  • Debit Card
  • Check made payable to 360Fun Booth LLC

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 3 days or more before the Event will result in a full refund of the remaining balance, minus the non-refundable Deposit.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 day before the Event will forfeit the entire payment (Deposit and remaining balance).

6. Inclement Weather

  • In case of inclement weather that prevents the safe operation of the booth outdoors, Company and Client will discuss alternative arrangements.
  • If no suitable alternative can be reached and the event must be cancelled due to weather, the refund policy will apply.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the 360 Photo Video Booth rental service and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of the State of Florida.

9. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10. Binding Effect

This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
